Commercial Projects

1750 Jackson – School of Mines Residence Hall

Location: Golden, CO
Value: ~$6.1M

Partnering with Confluence Companies, LM Armstrong has the pleasure of doing the concrete work for this four-story student housing project that is located on the corner of 17th St and Jackson St in Golden, CO. This structure includes 107 dorm units, 249-bedroom units, and 4,000 sf of commercial space. This development will help house some of the most remarkable students of science and engineering. Amenities include multiple social and study lounges on each floor, an on-site fitness center, community gathering spaces, two outside courtyards, a bike maintenance area and laundry facilities. Expected completion is Spring 2020.

Riverwalk on Wilcox

Location: 115 & 215 Wilcox St. Castle Rock, CO. 80104
Value: ~$8.4M

Riverwalk is a residential re-development of two blocks of downtown Castle Rock. Bookending both sides of Sellars Gulch along Wilcox St., Riverwalk will maximize the resident’s and visitor’s experience by providing luxury amenities, only previously seen in downtown Denver developments. The proposed Riverwalk development will consist of a mix of retail, office, and residential uses. In total, Riverwalk would provide downtown Castle Rock with 14,000 sf of ground level retail, 34,000 sf of commercial office space, and 228 residential apartment units. Parking would be accommodated one level below each building and at the street level, parked behind the retail sections. 323 parking spaces would be dedicated to residents, office users, and visitors as a part of the Riverwalk development. Construction began Summer, 2017.

Zia NoDo Complex

Location: 41st and Inca
Value: ~$12.2M

We were awarded multiple contracts for underground parking and concrete on the ZIA NoDo apartments; a new development in downtown Denver, Colorado. Construction on this project is projected to begin May 1st. The final construction will contain the capacity of 431 residencies (312 rented apartments and 119 condos for sale). Total projected value for this Confluence builder’s project is ~$110million.

Concrete Foundations

We have been all over the country pouring residential foundations where ever the need has been. No foundation is too unique for our team. We have executed a wide range of techniques including Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) foundations, historical restorations, and elevated slab on columns.

Make It Right

Location: Lower Ninth Ward, New Orleans, LA

After Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans communities, we had the opportunity to partner with world renowned architects and reconstruct a destroyed neighborhood in the lower ninth ward, sponsored by Brad Pitt.
